Returns/Exchanges

Returns/Exchange Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of original purchase. Items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition with their original packaging for a full refund.

If you wish to return an opened, used and/or washed item there will be a restocking fee of 15%. 

When making a return, we strongly recommend that you include delivery confirmation and insurance with your return package. We can not be held responsible for lost packages lost in transit. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it.

 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All discounted orders, special orders, or pre-orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

If an item you receive is defective, please contact us. We will work with the manufacturer to either issue a replacement or offer you store credit if it is determined there is a defect.
