Marsupial Mamas, LLC will accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase.
Please examine your purchase before washing or wearing. Once an item has been washed, dried or ironed, it is no longer returnable and there is no way to assess whether the wrap had a flaw or the flaw was caused by the washing/drying/ironing process. We have a 10 day return policy. It is final and firm. Examine your purchases upon receipt, not one month down the line.
Please contact Marsupial Mamas at marsupialmamas (at) gmail dot com for refund/exchange approval before returning an item for refund or exchange. We do not accept returns without a return authorization number. If you do not contact us in regards to a return or a flawed/damaged item and open a disupte with PayPal, you are no longer eligible to have the cost of return shipping covered by Marsupial Mamas, LLC. Communication is the key. We promise not to bite!
There are no returns/exchanges on items listed in the "Wraps with Baggage" section. Please read carefully before you buy.
Refunds will be issued once item has been received at Marsupial Mamas. While we strive to process refunds within 72 hours, but please allow up to a week for returns to be processed and items to be either refunded or returned/exchanged.
Returns and exchanges must be in brand new condition (no pet hairs, stains or odors) with all tags, boxes, and paperwork intact. Returns and exchanges cannot be washed. They must be in original condition. If a wrap has been obviously used, it will incur a 10% restocking fee.
International shipping costs and Express shipping costs on both international and domestic orders are non-refundable.
Marsupial Mamas, LLC will cover the cost of return shipping if the item being returned/exchanged has a manufacturer's defect or flaw. Marsupial Mamas requires pictures of flaws/defects before return/exchange is confirmed and made.
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility if an item is being returned because of personal preference. DC # and Insurance is highly recommended.

Marsupial Mamas, LLC is not responsible for purchases made on the secondary market. Returns are only made to the original purchaser of an item.

Depending on which percentage you put down, you'll either have one payment due within two weeks, or two other payments due every two weeks.
Once you fill out the form in the link above, we will send you and invoice for the downpayment. The down-payment is due within 24 business hours or the product will be put back on the shelves and the invoice will be cancelled. You may pay the invoice with your PayPal account or your debit/credit card.

I run two types of pre-orders in the store. The first is a true pre-order, where you can order any size/color combo for a specific carrier or wrap.The second is a pre-order for wraps that have already been purchased by Marsupial Mamas (ex: Didy and Nati LEs).
If there is a wrap that you would like to purchase, but it is not available in the store, I can most likely order it for you (contingent on availability).
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit on special orders.
Balance in full is due when wrap has been confirmed, invoiced, and shipped.
