Japan is an old school Natibaby design and one that I absolutely adore. I cannot get enough Japan. It's simple and clean and just so pretty. I am absolutely thrilled Nati has chosen to release two new woolie Japans. The last Japan released was Indigo Japan last year and it was also a woolie release. That wrap was so amazingly fluffy and soft. I'm hoping this round of woolie Japans is the same.
This is a jacquard weave woven in rich blue and ecru threads

Nati wool is known for being dense and supportive. It is good for wrapping both newborns and toddlers. It breaks in to be snuggly soft and just absolutely delicious with which to wrap.
Woolie wraps require a bit more care than linen or cotton. The primary concern with wool is to avoid felting it, which can weaken the fabric and potentially make it unsafe for use. To avoid this, gently hand wash your wool wraps with a wool wash without lanolin. To remove excess water after washing, lay the wrap flat in a large towel and then roll the towel up to soak up excess water. Air dry your woolie, but make sure to give it support while it is drying (I spread our woolies out over our drying racks or hang dry hanging the wrap over hangers at regular intervals)
